Shipping and Deliveries


  • Our goal is to have your order processed within 1-7 business days, depending on size of order. Usually takes 3-5 business days for shipping. (International orders may take longer due to customs).
  • We try to get order shipped as fast as possible while still upholding to our standard of quality.
  • Due to certain circumstances out of our control shipping times may vary.
  • We ship through USPS Priority Mail.
  • If your package has not arrived in 10 days let us know and we will work to locate your package or send you a replacement box. 
  • Signature is required on all domestic orders exceeding $100.00 in value.
  • If shipping internationally, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.


  • If tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to the shipping address for your order but you have not received your products, please contact the carrier (USPS) directly in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your shipping address.


  • Once the order is processed and scanned you will receive an email with your tracking number.
  • When the carrier receives your package and scans it the tracking info will be updated. (Please allow 24 hours)
  • If you do not receive an email with tracking please contact Customer Support directly.


  • If you need an address correction please contact Customer Support.
  • We will contact the post office and have the package intercepted for pick up at the nearest post office you selected.
  • If the package was sent to the address you gave us at checkout and was consumer error typo and the package has been delivered to the address that was supplied, we will do our best to retrieve the item and redirect, but we cannot promise it will be delivered.
  • Failure to fix any shipping issues before the “Delivery Date”, and the package(s) were delivered, may result in forfeiture of reimbursement claims. 


  • Orders that have undeliverable address will be sent back to us. If we receive your order back we will contact you for and address update. 
  • Once the order is reshipped out you will receive a new tracking number.


We greatly apologize for the inconvenience and know that it is very frustrating.  Please Keep the item on us and enjoy. Please send an email to Customer Support and explain what items you are missing from your order and we will send you a replacement item within our current processing times.


Due to COVID-19 and being a cosmetic Product, we are not accepting any returns or refunds at this time.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 


If your package was damaged upon arrival, we realize sometimes this happens and understand how frustrating that can be.  We apologize for the inconvenience and ask that you take a photo of the shipping box and broken product and send it to our email Customer Support, with information on which items were damaged and item count if was several of same item.  We will than send out a replacement box at no cost to you, within our processing times listed above.
